When is it collected?

Milestone-Based Trigger

The platform fee is automatically processed and collected strictly upon the approval of the 1st logistics milestone (Origin Pickup / Gate-in).

The remaining principal hauling funds are securely held and disbursed to the transport operator as subsequent milestones are cleared.
